november, where did you go?

I don't know about you, but I feel like December just snuck up on me! It's unreal how fast time flies. It's the middle of the semester, so I've been stressing out of course, but it's such a relief to knock things out of the way like papers and presentations and finally be able to cross them off my list.

Did any of you watch THE BIGGEST LOSER tonight?


I was SO inspired and SO proud of each and every one of them. Seeing how far they have come really does have me at a loss of words... but they look WONDERFUL! I can't even believe the transformations. I can't wait to see what they will all look like at the finale - but I'm SO excited to see! I can't believe they ran 26 FRIGGIN' miles in a marathon. I'll admit that when Danny weighed in and I saw his number on the screen I SCREAMED out loud! I was so shocked and proud of him. I can't even imagine being sent back home for 2 months and being confronted with old familiar situations where it would have been easy to just fall back into the same habits after having a strict, set routine for months. I don't want the show to end because every Tuesday night I'm guaranteed a good 'ol therapeutic cry...and I can't bring myself to call in to either vote for Amanda or Liz because both of them deserve the chance to be in the finale.

And to stay on the subject of more inspirational and tear-jerking stories, I'm seeing the Blind Side on Friday! I've heard nothing, but good things about it! AND since we're talking about MICHAEL OHER...NUMBER #74 (it rhymes), let's talk a little about Sunday night. When Baltimore beat the Steelers in overtime and STOMPED on this:



The Infamous TERRIBLE TOWEL! In Baltimore, we DESPISE this yellow object! Sorry to all my Steeler fans out there, I just had to. I will say I was so impressed with how Dixon played and I'm so glad he had the chance to play on Sunday.
